Using experiential learning-based leadership programs I help schools develop student leaders and increase student retention. I believe those two things are inseparable and I’ve been helping colleges and universities create connections and strengthen campus community since 1998.

Whether I’m facilitating an hour of icebreakers for incoming freshman or customizing a 3-day retreat for student leaders or working with staff/faculty to improve communication, I’m dedicated to helping you enhance the quality of life on your campus.
